Simple Tasks as Required! But all are STARS.  The idea is to have a group of willing and able people who the committee (and others) can call upon to help at events like the coffee mornings, monthly meetings and other one off activities to be identified!

The tasks involved could be making refreshments, clearing /washing up , arranging and putting away chairs/ tables, and similar tasks. Perhaps photocopying , getting supplies , host / hostess roles. 
The group might even have ideas of own on how they might assist our membership to enjoy Cockermouth u3a to it’s fullest extent.
